Hombale simultaneously controls two of the most valuable franchise IPs in Indian cinema — KGF (Yash + Prashanth Neel) and Salaar (Prabhas + Prashanth Neel). KGF 2 created the pan-India Kannada template. In November 2024, Hombale signed a landmark 3-film deal with Prabhas — Salaar 2 (2026), and two more films for 2027 and 2028.
